Yes because it mostlly fits Animal Farm . There everyone was igned a place in the pecking order of life . Some didn't l ike where they were so they rebelled and took over , vowing to treat everyone eqal , then another revolution and so on and so on because no one was ever happy to be where he was.Basically what I believe it means is that if you look at a situation long enough and hard enough , you will become part of the problem and none of the best solution to the problem
