Food for 2day?

its cold and rainy here..not a big stew fan.. will only have about and hour and a half to shop for and cook dinner... i wanted to make some mussels in white wine garlic sauce, but not sure if that will work with todays weather... although i still could do the mussels, but i want to make them with something other than pasta and/or bread... ginnie some good rainy day ideas for me and my very italian boyfriend, please:)
