Would you like it better if instead of making insulting remarks about religion on public displays atheists..?

I have to agree with you!! I heard this story and what don't make sense to me is if these Atheist don't believe in God and are so sure of themselves then why would it be a big deal to them that people do believe in God and that people want to celebrate Christmas? No one is forcing them to celebrate it or to believe in God. And how does anything that they put on that sign relate to Christmas? Jesus was a real person weather they believe in God or not, Jesus did exist and they're is no denying that.. We celebrate Christmas to honor him!
