relationship which resulted in a physical fight in which we both hit each other. the police were called and i was arrested, after questioning the police said that i was to be charged with common ault and . she told the police that i had d her the previous week, which was a lie. at court i was fined for the ault but the judge threw the allegation out as he stated it appeared that the allegation of was as a direct result of a disgruntled female. i think that she should have been prosecuted for the false allegation, but the CPS stated there was no evidence either way of what happened so the matter was dropped. what do you think.
