Certificate of Fitness...Fireguard Study Booklet...NYC?

I want to take the Fireguard Test Given By FDNY for Office Buildings and College Campuses. What booklet do I need to study? Is the book on-line? I found the F- 44 Certificate of Fitness study booklet for fireguards posted in shelters but this is not the study booklet I need. Does anyone know of a website providing a printable study booklet for this test?
