Can I overclock my FSB?

I was going to buy a CPU with a FSB of 1333. After a budget change, I need to get one with 1066. My motherboard's FSB is 1333 and my DDR3 RAM is 1333 mhz. Can I overclock my CPU to 1333 also? I'm a little afraid of it overheating, so should I set the multiplier down a little bit?
