Ramadan !! Shias ! Does Hazrat Qasim got married in Karbala ? Shia site says so !?

According to shia site '' Alqaem.org.'' in the section ( different opinians about historical issues ) the author narrated that Hazrat Qasim got married in '' Karbala '' and this event adressed in different Majalis though he requested to ignore this as it will create confusion. What is the truth ? Qasim doesn't found another place rather than Karbala for marriage. if any sunni says so what will be the shia's reaction then ? slandering Prophet's wifes, Sahaba .
