Why do 7th day advent. think we must keep the Sabbath ?

the same Holy 7th Day Sabbath God gave to ALL in the beginning, before any "race" was to be, is the same Sabbath that shall be observed in Heaven and always. it is also the Commandment #4 and Jesus also tells us "If you Love Me, keep My commandments.
